Prague Free Tours Guides

We work with young and energetic guides who love to share their passion
Emma — Guides Prague Emma Emma was born in Fredericton, Canada, and is currently trying to put her History degree to good use by telling people about the beautiful city of Prague. After moving to Czech Republic in May 2016 to study teaching, she fell in love with the city and now refuses to leave. Apart from teaching English and re-reading The Lord of the Rings, Emma enjoys studying languages and is currently struggling to learn Czech (but can now confidently order a beer). Join Emma if you’re looking for a fun and exciting tour experience.

Joseph — Guides Prague Joseph Former Subway sandwich artist, and disgraced Old Navy model, Joseph Regan is a native-born American with a love for history, travel, and unearthing the darkness that sleeps undisturbed in the depths of the human heart. He'll over-zealously show you the sights and sounds of the city on a tour that's limited only by your imagination and your tolerance for badly-delivered puns. And yes, this is the best picture he could find of himself.

Katerina — Guides Prague Katerina Katerina is a Czech girl born and raised in London, and has always enjoyed travelling. The most significant trips for her were language courses in Malta, one year in the Netherlands for studies, and a few summers spent working in the US, followed by some road trips. During her travels she experienced how great it is to have someone local to show you around a new place and give some recommendations about what to do and what to avoid, and therefore began as a tour guide when she arrived to Prague, first on bar crawls and than on free walking tours. During her free time, besides walking the charming streets of Prague, she loves to hit the volleyball, lead gym classes, and draw a bit.

Lindsay — Guides Prague Lindsay Lindsay is a Nashville native who doesn't like country music, but does enjoy Bedřich Smetana and Antonín Dvořák. She would have loved to have dinner with Franz Kafka, and would definitely have been best friends with Rudolf II. She moved to Prague because the city is exceptionally beautiful, but she stayed here because Prague's people and history are even more so.

Melina — Guides Prague Melina Melina is an architecture student, originally from Greece but she has been living in Prague for the past 15 years where she attended Czech schools, making her able to completely comprehend the Czech mentality and culture. She can recommend a lot of the Czech people's favorite spots to hang out; restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. She loves meeting people from different cultures and hopes to learn many languages as soon as possible. She is also working on completing the translation of the Bohumil Hrabal's literary masterpiece I Served the King of England directly from Czech to Greek to be published soon. She can give you a lot of information on the jazz and blues underground scene in Prague as she has 4 years of experience with singing in various blues clubs. And, as she loves to visit underground bars to hear young musicians, she can give you a lot of tips about these types of places too. As her Major is Architecture, she can give you a lot of information on the buildings from a more unconventional point of view, including semantic and technical context.

Michal — Guides Prague Michal Born and raised in Poland, Michal moved to Prague in January 2013. He studied robotics and was working as an electronic engineer for quite a while, but he fell for Prague and he realized he'd rather be a great tour guide than a mediocre engineer. He uses tour guiding as an opportunity to meet people, believing that every person can teach him something new. When not tour guiding, he hikes in mountains, reads books, or involves himself in film and theatre productions as a stage manager, actor, or comedy improviser.
