Dan — Guides Dublin Dan Dan is an accredited National Tourist Guide of Ireland and member of ATGI, Approved Tourists Guides of Ireland, and one of Generation Tours Dublin’s longest serving tour guides. Dan’s love of all things absolute in their Dublin-ness was shaped by childhood weekends spent in the shadow and aroma of the Guinness Brewery, in the markets of the Liberties, from where the chants of stall keepers, the stories of characters who had long since passed and, of course, a spiced pork known only in working-class areas of Dublin would years later find their place in his excellent tour of the city.

Kieran — Guides Dublin Kieran When he's not pounding the cobbles of Dublin, skulling pints in his favourite watering holes, or guiding visitors through the world-renowned authentic nightlife of the Irish capital, Kieran loves nothing more than to curl up at home with a good book, baking, and getting lost in the worlds of filmmaker John Hughes. Ask him who his favourite breakfast club character is. The answer may surprise you!

Ruairí — Guides Dublin Ruairí Ruairí is a Dublin native, born and raised from the sunny Southside. He has a great interest in Ireland’s extensive and wondrous history, as well as its beautiful language, which he believes is reflected in his tours. Whether this is true or not is anyone’s guess. As well as traipsing the city, his other interests lie in playing music, and learning languages – albeit somewhat badly.

Seán — Guides Dublin Seán The delightful Seán has been guiding singing tours of the city since 2015 and performing traditional music all over Dublin for a decade. He holds thousands of stories and hundreds of songs, absorbing them from his elders since he was a little lad. The bardic tradition is alive and well in Ireland and being able to tell a tale and spin a yarn is important for every one of us, Seán feels, as a way of relating to each other and the world. While playing tunes and songs with his band, The Deadlians, entertains crowds familiar with his music, the thrill of guiding new friends through the songs, stories and streets of Dublin remains, according to Seán, “…hands down the best job I’ve ever had!”
